About the chapter
Central Pennsylvania SSN was launched in 2020, bringing together an interdisciplinary group of scholars from across central and western PA. Drawing on the research of our members we seek to contribute to more effective public policy and enhanced citizen engagement in Pennsylvania and beyond. Our scholars have interests in education and health policy, taxing and spending, and policies that promote equal rights and equal opportunity for all groups in society at the local, state and national level.
