Explores how a TANF-funded program to help families with their housing expenses worked in three different New Jersey counties. Findings indicate that the program succeeded when well-coordinated networks of providers took a family-focused rather than program-focused approach to implementation.
Examines access to worker benefits and financial security for frontline healthcare workers. Findings indicate that workers with college degrees who worked in facility-based settings had better access to benefits than those without degrees working in home health or private duty settings. Access to benefits was connected to greater financial stability, even after considering income.
