About Rebecca
Newman's interest is in journalism, media literacy, media ethics and freedom of the press. Newman received Endowed Chairs for the "Banned Books Week and First Amendment Day Projects". Additionally, Newman is focusing on the emerging uses and best practices of AI in media. She currently serves on the Equity Committee for Seminole County Public Schools.
