Stimell's research focuses on the representation of vulnerable populations in criminal law; discrimination of individuals with disabilities; and child welfare. Stimell is also the Academic Program Director of ENACT; The Educational Network for Active Civic Transformation and has been a public interest attorney for over 30 years.
