About Jaime
The Baltimore Right to Water Coalition crafted a law making water affordable and creating a new agency reform structure (now being implemented) based on my participatory governance research. My experiential learning course (law clinic) explores the role of lawyers in civic engagement and in creating anti-subordination systems. My law clinic class is experiential, meaning that we serve clients and policy organizations throughout the state.
