Bosco studies various topics pertaining to human resource management, organizational behavior and organizational research methods. He is currently working on projects related to staffing organizations (e.g. big data, meta-analysis, content analysis, and philosophy of science.) Much of his research time is devoted to serving as co-Founder of the metaBUS project, which maintains the largest database of hand-curated, published research findings in the social sciences.
