Aja Kennedy

Kennedy's research areas include both urban and public economics, with a particular interest in housing policy and social safety net programs. Her current research evaluates housing policy in Massachusetts, with a particular focus on how policy interventions that incentivize affordable housing construction impact the overall housing supply. Kennedy is a Research Fellow with Boston Indicators at The Boston Foundation. Prior to joining Boston Indicators, she worked as a Rappaport Fellow with Massachusetts Housing Partnership.
