Priscilla Wilson
About Priscilla
Wilson's research focuses on transforming child protection systems through equity-driven, culturally responsive, and community-led approaches. Her primary interest lies in bridging the gap between policy and practice by designing pathways that prioritize family preservation and local support networks over the immediate removal of children. Wilson believes effective policy must be informed by those who have navigated the system themselves, ensuring interventions are culturally responsive and trauma-informed. She co-founded Handz-On Africa, an NGO advancing systems-level human capital development across Africa.
