About Nicholas

Giudice’s research deals with the design & evaluation of accessible technology supporting multisensory graphical access & autonomous vehicle interactions. His work focuses on inclusive solutions for people with visual impairments & older adults. Giudice serves as the founder & Chief Research Scientist of the VEMI Lab at the UMaine & as the co-founder and Chief Research Officer of UNAR Labs, a Maine-based information-access start-up company. Giudice is on the editorial board of two accessibility journals, the board of directors of two blindness-related non-profits, & the scientific advisory board of two information-access companies.
